We are delighted to announce that Timeline Television is ranked at No. 46 on the 15th annual Sunday Times Hiscox Tech Track 100 which will be published with the Business section this weekend, on the Sunday Times digital edition, and on the website.
The Tech Track 100 ranks Britain’s private technology, media and telecoms (TMT) companies with the fastest growing sales over a period of three years. Tech Track 100 is compiled by Fast Track and published in The Sunday Times each September, with an awards event in November and alumni dinners throughout the year.
Timeline reported growth of 65.99% in the 3 years period used for this year’s table.
‘Managing director Daniel McDonnell, 44, set up this broadcasting technology firm in 2006 after 17 years working at the BBC. Covering large sporting events such as Wimbledon, Timeline TV provides outside broadcasts, postproduction and studio-based services to large UK networks such as the BBC and ITV, as well as to the independent sector. For the America’s Cup the company has developed robotic, waterproof camera systems to capture the action from the competing yachts. It also recently designed and built Europe’s first Ultra HD outside broadcast truck. Sales reached £18.2m in 2014.’
