Timeline Television’s systems integration division is home to some of the broadcast industry’s most impressive and knowledgeable systems designers and engineers. Their expertise and professionalism, coupled with Timeline’s consistent approach to service, will make your installation feel like a breeze.
We’re able to provide installs for all of the following and more:
The design phase is when we can really get into the detail of what you need and how you need it to work. Working alongside the technical teams within your organisation, our engineers take a collaborative approach to designing exactly the system you require. We produce a full set of documentation including cable schedules and system schematics, and provide you with a clear budget for the work we will do.
From the very beginning of the project, one of our senior Project Managers will take responsibility for the overall management and delivery of your installation. This senior single point of contact will ensure that project milestones are consistently met and that your budget is always up to date with any likely changes clearly communicated.
If purchasing and licensing of assets within your system is required, your dedicated Project Manager will also handle this, as well as co-ordinating the engineering and logistical effort required throughout the life of the build.
Having reviewed and agreed the project plan with you, our Project Manager will engage and schedule the team of systems engineers who will complete your install. We work with care, precision and respect for our surroundings to pull together the design brief and deliver your project within any time and budgetary constraints you’re faced with.
During this phase, the Timeline team can also install studio and control room power, lighting and air-con systems. These can be provided with backup power or UPS to ensure resilience and continuity for live broadcast environments.
On completion of the install, your dedicated project manager and senior engineering team will work with you to ensure every detail of the project has been delivered to your expectations. We will create a starting configuration for your system, will only deem the project complete when you are happy with every element. This means that once the build is signed off, you’re left with exactly what you want.
Just because the initial build has been signed off, that doesn’t mean that we’re not on hand to provide all the ongoing support and expertise you need. We can provide anything from a fully managed, fully-operated and scheduled engineering team to bespoke training for your own teams, and our engineers are always available to address any issues or answer any questions.
