Timeline is delivering the RF and outside broadcast services for the first-ever Power8 Sprints produced by Sunset+Vine.
Power8 Sprints is a brand-new exciting rowing event that will see crews from eight cities (Bristol, Cambridge, Exeter, London, Manchester, Newcastle, Nottingham and Oxford) go head-to-head, in a knock-out tournament, with the winners of the men’s and women’s event crowned Power8 Sprints champions.
The debut meeting – in which each 350m race is expected to last just one minute – will take place in Bristol on Sunday 22 July.
Timeline’s outside broadcast truck, OB16, will be onsite producing the live host broadcast coverage. All RF facilities will be monitored and controlled from Timeline’s RF truck, RF3. This new fast-paced rowing will be captured through wireless cameras both on land in the water as well as a drone.
Power8 Sprints will be shown live from 14:30 on 22nd July on BT Sport, Facebook Live and on BBC Sport’s website, app and connected tv.
